PTC: Collage

Anyone have a better free collage maker? They only stored in this small format… This was Kizoa. I also tried Collage Maker, and could not open the saved file!

Shape Collage makes decent collages, but the free version doesn't offer manual control. If I had more time, I might have removed their signature in another program.
