Interesting post about this Muslim Seray!
The name of this place seems be Persian. Bakht means Luck and shi makes from it a subject ( blissful ) { my name is Masoud and means the same) . Serai means the house and apply to places some people live together like village!
so I think this village is legacy of Othmani (Turks) duration. The persian languge has influenced in Turks and inverse!
