In November we went on a trip to the graves of holy rabbis in Ukraine, which we usually do in the summer. This year we started off in the city of Dnepropetrovsk, at the new Museum, which especially shows life here before and during the Holocaust.
Some of the PR signs were almost humorous.
“I go to the bathhouse after work.”

Stalin: “Every day more and more joyful life”

I'm not sure, but I think this is ‘I believe a hundredfold, we’ll meet at the anniversary.' (or ‘at the hundredth anniversary.’)

Cigarette advertisement

“Be vigilant on your post”

Extolling the virtues of the women who worked on the collective farms

“The victory of the five-year (plan) is a blow to capitalism”
Unfortunately, I must agree with yellodog... we are all figures on a giant chess game.
Great series.
