Kotel Tunnels

From the women's prayer area, directly across from the Holy of Holies, if one looks up, one can see through a small clear area of floor, to where the men can pray.

While praying, I heard a haunting sound like shofros (rams horns) being blown. I couldn't understand from where it was coming, since it was not a time they are normally blown. After a number of inquiries, I heard that the noise was from a type of trumpets fashioned from long horns. The kabbalists blow them as an aid in prayer. The next time I heard them I made a sound only “video” on my iPad. Maybe someone more knowledgeable than I can tell me how I can post it.
