The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple in Chinatown, Singapore was named because it claimed to possess a tooth belong to Gautama Buddha. Some believe this tooth is a sacred relic whilst others claimed the tooth looks more like a bovine tooth.

Whatever the case, the Temple provides good photo opportunities for the keen photographer.

Getting the exposure just right for smoky and back-lit scene like this always pose a challenge for me

I should have gotten more of the hand in the picture.

I was fascinated by the patterns of the temple roof and the richness of the deep red color.

The temple bell seen through the window grating makes an interesting frame.

The first is the best of the set, in my opinion. The second is also very good, but the wider frame suits the scene better. It's beautiful.
