My view

Have you ever thought about how really dress for other people. If we were to look at what we were wearing (lots of alliteration there!) our view would be something like this photo. Too close for us to really care, blurred, can't see everything well. But we care about what others think, so we have mirrors so that we can see ourselves the way we critically see others. We cater to the outside perspective and cover ourselves in a way that we hope others will approve of. Girls are especially guilty, but I know plenty of guys who are even worse than girls, so I pin it on both sexes. The fact that nothing really has the focus in this photo shows how little can be seen from our point of view. I suppose before mirrors people had to depend on the honest compliments of others to decide what was deemed attractive!

wow. I love this. perfect caption to accompany a thought provoking picture. I love the fact that at first glance, you can't really tell what you are looking at until you really study it, even though this is something that everyone sees basically every day...just a person..Love it, Love it.

LOOOOOVE this. Completely different aspect to think about in daily life! Over the weekend, I took a photo sort of like this, but to capture the essence of Mardi Gras by photographing the beads I had on.
