May 2010 : Baby Basket Hunting @ Cherating

From Tasik Kenyir we drove back to KL along the coast & stop by Cherating for a night to allow time for baby basket shopping.

A bit run down & noise from A/C is incredibly loud in certain room.

Not the blue sea we are used too but at least its much warmer than Sdyney water hahaha……

There is a Turtle Sanctuary right outside ClubMed. We tried to go in but apparently it was close in preparation for a tour from Australia. Heard it was arrogant & think there is some truth in that statement.

Only Hawksbill & Green turtles available in the sanctuary. The once famous Leatherback has not visited Rantau Abang for the past 10 years. We must work towards environment protection!

Coconut stop :)

hmmm….i want more vacation

Also on the agenda is to shop for some sea products….

We did many many many stop to hunt for baby basket.

It's 35 degrees Celsius on the street, sunburn on my face is quite apparent :(

Finally found one which fulfills our requirements. Only RM100! Can't get anywhere else for this price! but of course there are still improvement that needed before baby can actually sleep in it.

After the hustle bustle activities under the hot sun we took a rest at Tanjung Jara.

A good place to take baby with us if we were to dive at Pulau Tenggol - 45mins boat ride. It is famous for a drift dive & whale shark sighting starting fullmoon in June.

Not bad for lunch right?

Bye bye sandy beach!

Baby Basket Project back at home :)

It's complicated….

Notice the change of pants? 2 days to complete :)

Mission Accomplished!!!
