Baseball at Minute Maid Park

It's been a struggle, but here are a few pictures from the Houston Astros vs Florida Marlins baseball game at Minute Maid Park in Houston.

Astro starting pitcher Brett Myers warms up in the outfield.

Stretching is so attractive.

These people sang the national anthem. I liked the geometry of this shot.

Astro 1B Lance Berkman played his first game of the year after being on disabled list.

Obligatory grounds crew shot

In the outfield seats we seemed to have our own scoreboard.

Most stadiums lack both an ivy roof and a 436 foot sign.

Obligatory “fowl pole” shot

Pregame catch

Multi-million dollar outfielder still has to retrieve a bad throw by the ball boy.

Running catch in right

The “chip race” was a blatant commercial production.

Stolen base

Rarely “action shot” from the scoreboard - note the “0” being posted for ATL in the bottom of the sixth.

Safe at first

Single by Towles brings in slow-footed Lee.

This bunt tied the game for Houston.

The last swing for Florida, or close to it.

Nice shots love the first shot

I noticed you were having issues, I think you may have been having the same issues as I had been having
