Travel through Bosnia (4) - Banja Luka

On our way to Banja Luka - enjoying Lake Jajce in the mountains and the overwhelming panorama at the river Vrba.
I was getting angry to notice, that in this part of Bosnia - Republika Srpska - they don`t give a damn if you are able to understand street signs in cyrillic letters or not…
But I liked Banja Luka - the old chess players in the park as well as the artists in the Modern Gallery of Serbian Art, the young atmosphere of an International Workshop for Peace in Europe as well as the young couples on the walls of the fortress.
Banja Luka - it`s only 15,20 years ago that the name ran through our newspapers connected to torture and war…
let`s hope…
