Where the Air is Thin, The World Looks Different!

Spent the afternoon up on Mt. Evans, one of Colorado's 14ners (mountains with elevations of 14,000 ft or more). I've posted pictures from this area before, but I never get tired of looking at these sights, so here are some more photos from this area. Couldn't decide what to post so finally decided to just start at the beginning. This is just the first few and will post more in the next few days

It's late, not much time to browse through your posts! Giving my mom, her 88th birthday party tomorrow and then, the next day, taking her on a little trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. I will take my computer so hopefully I can see some of your posts at night after the days activities!

What a divine place! We hiked to Emerald Lake and Mirror Lake in Estes - they were so pretty and about 14,000 ft.
