Blast from the Past (Underneath the Arches)

I haven't had chance to get out and take many new pics lately so here is another oldie - from April 1990.

By the way, this isn't turned into black and white via Photoshop - this was shot originally using Ilford FP4 black and white film and processed and printed by my own fair hand!

I can tell you're impressed - ok, whatever!

      Analog B&W is really just about light... for me it is the real photography. THe right tones... the right contrast... not easy!
      Yes, I am impressed, Davids, truly impressed! (I used to do analog B&W -Ilford too!- in Egypt, and was never happy with the result, can you imagine printing shops 10 years ago in Egypt, sometimes with lots of sand in their machines?)
