Fishing by the New Mosque

All along the Galata Bridge (across the stretch of water known as the Golden Horn in Istanbul) there are guys fishing, day in, day out. It's quite a funky bridge with the road level on top and bars and restaurants beneath.

This picture looks across to the New Mosque - completed in 1663…. well I guess everything is relative :)

      Very interesting!
It must be nice to have beer "under" after fishing from "above".
