On the way back from the Cotswolds last weekend we stopped off at White Horse Hill, the site of the most ancient hill figure in England - dating back to between 1400-600BC. It is carved into the chalk hill and is most spectacular from the air - unfortunately I had left my helicopter at home.
The hill offers great views (not really obvious from my small panorama - but I'm sure you get the idea), and is a great place to fly kites as it's VERY windy up there.
