I'm lucky that way too!
I live in a very small community, out on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State, just a mile from the main entrance to the Olympic National Park, which is almost a million acres of relatively untouched wilderness.....

People get lost out in the backcountry quite often.....
There are lots of bears & cougars out there, to consider, as well....

Bears and cougars? That's nothing. Occasionally I see a squirrel or a rabbit - terrifying!
