Biggest cultural rip off in Europe?

The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao in undoubtedly a dramatic building and the sculptures outside are interesting and fun (especially Flower Puppy) but what a waste of money going in. But what a waste of money going in. They charge you 10 Euro each to go in and see rooms that are two thirds empty and, when we went, one of the three floors was entirely closed which you weren't told about before paying for entrance. My advice to anyone going to Bilbao is to enjoy the outside and move on.

Impressive!
The Guggenheim in Lisbon was wonderful.
I have always been disappointed when I visit Spain.
Last time Des went on his own as I refused to go!
Portugal and Italy are my favourites where I feel at home.
Becoming a difficult old biddie these days.
