"I just graduated from Hampton University as a Biology Cellular Molecular major. My ultimate goal is to become a veterinarian.

"I'm headed right now to North Carolina State to get a Master's degree - it's number four in the U.S. for Animal Science and a pathway to NC State's Veterinary School which is in the top five schools. So I'll be there for six years.

"At first when we were sent home in the middle of the semester, I was sad. I'm a first generation college student and that's hard since you already have to figure out a lot of things on your own.

"And my mom started talking about my future and I realized life is still going on .... and I'm still on the path to reaching my dreams."
