Smokey Sunset

by Chandra August. 01, 2010 1285 views

Winds from the North blew in some smoke from the forrest fires in British Columbia. There was an eerie orange glow all day long, and when the sun began to set it turned an incredible blood red color. I wish I could have set up a cool shot of it, but we were hiking back from the river by then. I had to stand on some old rail road blocks just to be able to see a little of it through the trees. Then it disappeared.
