During a recent drive to the lake, we found this “Peacock Crossing” sign near a peacock sanctuary. Then, just ahead on the side of the road, there was an armadillo (we call them “speed bumps”!) You never know what you'll find in our area!

I love that you call armadillos 'speed bumps'! I've never seen a sign warning of peacocks crossing before!

Love the alternative name for the armadillo! It's amazing what you find - I encountered a peacock yesterday right by the road!

Great captures! I didn't know you had armadilloes in your area. They are so ugly, that they are cute!
