Sunset, looking north across the Strait of Juan de Fuca, which separates Washington state from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. It's about 15 miles across the water. The Strait is the main passage way for marine traffic, coming from the Pacific Ocean to ports in the USA and Canada, like Seattle & Victoria.

One of my favorite vantage points to watch the sunset, especially while the Sun is so far north, this time of year...

This old fence is all that stands between me and a long fall to the beach far below......gulp......

Final peek of the Sun, before he goes behind the hills of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada....
#3 #1 GREAT
WONDERFUL PLACE
Thanks, Olga! It is a great spot to watch the sun sink, at this time of year...
