Look inside the Rose and tell me what you see?
I see layers upon layers of protection and secrets.

I see a vibrancy that demonstrates stealth, courage and boldness.

I also see the thinness of the petals.
The need for the layers and enclosures.
I see the fallibility of the vibrancy.
The weathering into transparency.
I can feel the soft, smooth, caressing texture of the petals.
So smooth the petals define smoothness itself.

True beauty is soft.
It is made of numerous delicate parts.
It is encased in a bold manner.
It has worked hard to create its beauty.
It is unashamed and unafraid to stand out.
Ultimately though, true beauty is eternally fragile.
Love #3 in this series!
