Kazakhstan 2007 - Ashutas

No PS, natural colors!
This is Ashutas Massif in Kazakhstan, near the place where Black Irtysh crosses the Chinese-Kazakh border.

Toad-headed agama. This one was very friendly :)

And this was something really unique. It's a Nature Reserve of Ashutas where you can explore Jurrasic plants yourself! Look how many layers the photo shows and how many different plants is on each layer.

The red clay of Ashutas and Black Irtysh in the background.
This place is ca. 12 km from Chinese border.

Mantis at sunset.
I think it's one of the best photos I've taken in Kazakhstan. Correct me if I'm wrong :)

Rzeczywiście modliszka kapitalna, wygląda jakby miała ze dwa metry. Rewelacyjne też #2 i #3, bardzo ciekawe.
