Onion Soup and the Dessert

I did it by French recipe but with some modifications.

Ingredients:
Onion (lots of onion)
Olive oil
Garlic
Boullion
Spices

…and white wine. I didn't have it at home because I only dring red wine so I had to open a souvenir from Portugal :)

Slice onion and stir fry on olive oil for 30-40 minutes

Onion must be dark, carmelized but not burned

Add garlic and boullion with spices

Serve with hot cheese tost.

One of the easiest desserts ever created: jelly mixed with milk.
