Day 133- Trails and Tribulations

by Drohask May. 13, 2010 1777 views

Although the evenings are getting longer, some days we still find it challenging to set aside time to enjoy photography before the sun has set. We really enjoy getting to shoot in natural daylight, but when the time doesn't allow, we see it as an opportunity to try out some low-light and night shooting techniques.

Both of our photographs today were taken post-sunset.

Hask photographed this flower pot on our back steps. Having been left behind by the previous residents, it has clearly been quite weather-beaten over the last couple of years.

Dro captured some light trails from traffic in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

Looks like shots of lonely and lively to me! And of course the ever present golden arches in the second shot!

I like the night lights. I also like to boogie. Well, I used to.
Nice light in each.
