The weather made the day about every shade of grey imaginable, and it was captivating. Somehow a location became readily apparent and I drove down to Commissioner Street not far from downtown Toronto. The grey suited this mostly abandoned area. Everywhere else in the city was booming with construction but this area dripped with loneliness. Or was the area content in this state and the viewer projecting loneliness? Never quite got the answer to this.
