Dyslexia, Blogging, Photography.

I am a photographer from Manchester United Kingdom.

I was drawn to photography after the discovery that I am blessed with Dyslexia.

David Bailey famed for capturing the swinging 60s in the UK is an inspiration to me with regard to Dyslexia and photography.

Photography has given a creative way to deal with a lot of the setbacks that have occurred educationally from childhood through to adult education.

I am also a youth worker who believes that the arts and photography in particular can be useful in helping those young people on the margins of our society for what ever reason.

I love what we do. Photography

Beautiful, dramatic picture!  I love the black and white treatment and how the person is within different frames (e.g., the elevator frame, the door frame, and the picture frame).  Thank you so much for sharing your journey!

Awesome photo and message. Was drawn to photography and visuals in general because they made more sense to me than words. Kudos ..from another person with dyslexia.

Welcome to PhotoBlog! I love the composition of this shot and the fact that you blurred the person, it makes the shot more dramatic. I am following you to discover more art from you grinning
