Chicago Trip - Day 2, Cubs vs. Phillies

Travel - Chicago.
Photos taken July 18, 2010 The Cubs knocked around the Philadelphia Phillies and their ace Roy Halladay and won, 11-6 [espn.go.com]. At first, we weren't happy with our seats in the last row of the upper deck. But we settled in once we realized that we were privy to a nice breeze that cooled us down. It was a fun end to a busy weekend!

Bases juiced for the Phillies!
Starlin Castro can't quite find a handle on the ball…
Alphonso Soriano is congratulated after his two-run home run that scored Marlon Byrd.
Placido Polanco makes it to third safely when Aramis Ramirez can't come up with the ball.
(Can you find the ball in the photo?)
Cubs legend and radio commentator, Ron Santo, led the crowd in singing “Take me out to the ballgame” during the 7th inning stretch.
Everybody is ready for a shower!
Marlon Byrd slides in safe at home (see ball at extreme left edge of frame).
It seems like a song that has the chorus “The Cubs are gonna win today” should be sung before the game, not after it…
The white flag with the blue “W” is flown after every Cubs win.
