MLK Day at the Zoo

For the second year in a row, Steph, me, and our friends, Alice and Dan, took advantage of our collective availability on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day to spend some time at a local attraction.

This year we headed to the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Thanks to the temperature being (well) below 32-degrees, we got admission to both the zoo and the rainforest for only $3.50 each! A very good deal, indeed.

I'm not 100% thrilled with my photos from today, but it is tough when the majority of the animals are lounging inside under dim lights…

After several hours at the zoo, we headed to Tremont for some lunch at Lucky's. Everything they used is sourced within 100 miles of the restaurant and everything they make is delicious! Food Network's Guy Fieri visited the restaurant last year. Yum!
