Hudson Basketball at Parma

I was eager to tryout my new setup (Canon 6D + Canon EF 70-200mm L IS f/2.8) on high school basketball. High school gyms have notoriously bad lighting, which doesn't go well with the fast action for photography.

I usually attend these games with my dad, but he wasn't able to make the trek over to Parma, so I went and played photographer (instead of playing fan with a camera). This enabled me to find positions that might not be good for spectating, but have good angles for photography.

My new gear worked great! I can't wait to get to more games!

These are awesome, your vantage points paid off with some great action shots, I definitely need to work on mine:)
