It was a little overcast and foggy in Morro Bay on Sunday, but Sandi, Joel, Morgan and I braved the cooler weather to hike up the 1,347 foot Valencia Peak in nearby Montaña de Oro State Park. It was a grueling climb (for those of us who don't exercise much), but the spectacular 360 degree view of the bay and surrounding peaks made it worthwhile.
