Before and after...and after...and after

This is a traditional Czech pastry called buchty. My family loves buchty filled with a very thick plum marmelade called povidla. It deffinitely is a comfort food for me:)…did I mention that the weather is still nasty and feels like in the middle of the winter… oh well

      I first though why do u call it the [i]bitchy[/i] then i read it properly! ;)
      It looks tasty and u ate most of it! :(
      Anyway this will be on my to-eat list whenever i make up in Prague..., just should remember not to ask for bitchy in the bakery!
