250 g flour
125 powder sugar
Combine all these ingredients to prepare the batter. It is very easy, just combine everything together .and working with your hands on a clean surface you will form a great smelling batter…you can let it rest for a while in a fridge, but I usually I am not that patient and put it directly into a cake pan. You don´t have to roll it out, just spread it with your hands again. Make a couple of holes with a fork into the batter and now arrange your blueberrie on top …you know the ones you picked last summer! and now comes the streusel topping: mix together sugar, flour and butter - working with your hands again you will form small crumbs. Put streusel topping on the blueberries and bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 180 Celsius.
