Plum cake

for the batter:
100 g butter melted
2 tablespoons oil
80 g sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons honey
350 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk

for the topping: butter, sugar, flour

and plums of course:)
