When you get a nasty email from PB

Bake a cake !

Today I woke up to an email from PB „support“ (oh the irony) in response to my yesterday´s feedback. I was  upset and discussed it on FB – so don´t want to go through it again here – I received  a couple of very kind comments from other  bloggers, calmed down  and then….then I baked a cake :) .

PB is important to me – I care for the people here (some of them I was lucky enough to meet in person) but  I will no longer provide any feedback – I am too old to be holding hands and singing Kumbaya  .

My blueberry cake turned out fantastic – the dash of cinnamon made all the difference :)

I don't know what feedback you made (I find navigating around anything but user's pages difficult & so can't find things easily), but am glad to see the "supportive" response didn't get you down. The cake looks tasty!

Oman I want some of that cake, that looks so delicious. I'm sorry some people are that way when it comes to feedback, and hope they see that it was only support and not rude gesture. People are jerks. Make cake, and eat it too and I would still post some feed back just to be mean :D

So sad that you have had this sad happening, I have found things very difficult since the changeover, I spent two weeks trying to get answers from admin timepiece still cannot post, we only found out yesterday from admin what could be the problem....it would mean changing things adding emails to our IT system just so we can both belong to PB as we share an email at home. I have had problems we both wonder whether it is worth all the frustration and stress.....yes baking a cake is the answer well done...........I will stay around a while BUT it is all so long winded now and takes an age to post and comment..................keep smiling and best wishes.

I can understand your frustration - and wonder too, what this change will bring to PB - did you think of the possibility to have one blog for both of you (maybe rename your blog to timepiece and busybee ) and write in the text who posted the photo (have different categories for each of you) - I know not ideal solution....but it would be a pity if you would leave!

Change is often like this - I try hard to think of more important things - e.g. Nice and Brexit - that upsets me!
Baking a cake is a marvellous idea - I get out my painting!
Think positive - I'm going to get there if it kills me! So sorry you received a rotten e-mail as you are a faithful blogger. Mxx

With almost every major change, in our familiar routine, there will be "growing pains", no doubt, so I'm going to try to tolerate and give constructive feedback, as I would like to be tolerated and given constructive feedback....as well....(grin)
What a luscious looking cake & the plate, upon which it rests..........
I'll wager it wasn't resting there very long.....(grin)

The ultimate, unspoken compliment, of every cook's efforts, is an empty plate....no??? Just be glad they left you some, so you'll be encouraged to do more...right???
