Play 73/365

I'm fascinated by the light that comes through my front windows when the sun sets. Last night I found myself lost in time playing and trying to capture the sunbeams.

Which edit do you prefer...color or b&w and why?

I like the colour photo more. It has a stronger mood to me. The colour also looks more energetic, I think :) Both are excellent photos :)

Thanks Ivan! There's something about that golden light that really appeals to me too.

This is definitely a hard decision. They both look great. But if I really had to chose I would say color. I am a color enthusiast more than a black & white enthusiast.

I agree Camellia...I really like them both but there's something about the warmth of the color one that appeals to me.

I like the B&W. With the hardwood floors and the style of the chair, takes you back to the days of growing up (at least for me).

I like both of them, in their own way. Great job catching the rays! Love the blue bokeh, outside the front window! The rays seem a little more dramatic in the color image....

Definitely more dramatic on the color image. I like them both too :-)

B&W has a better mood, and the lines of the chair and window are more enhanced

Thanks Antonio. I always love to hear others opinions and see how they see things. It helps me grow and see things differently.
