Kapotasana : (कपोतासन)

Kapot = Pigeon
Asana = Pose

During Kapotasana one opens up 3rd, 4th, and 5th chakra,  opening up and cleansing the Nadi system in the body.  This posture will give you lots of energy and freedom for the spine and the mind.  Kapotasana helps increase the elasticity in your arms, spine, thighs, calf muscles, shoulders, and hands.
