How Many Gentle Flowers Grow In An English Country Garden?

by Kelly Field July. 27, 2017 1298 views

Morning folks, Happy Thors Day!

I was searching through my shots for something pretty to show you, as it's so grey and windy outside this morning and I came across this one. Home sweet home.

My neighbours are wonderful. They put such a lot of time and effort into this small parcel of land in front of our houses, for the whole neighborhood to enjoy. I walk around the street and smile when I see the colourful little corner that I call home. It's a shame you can't smell it on here (there's no scratch and sniff on the internet - although in some cases that's probably a good thing) but it has the last lingering scent of the strawberrys growing behind the shrub at the back. The bees love it and so do I!

That's sad to hear. Do they not have any local youth activities to help them burn off that excess energy? We're really lucky here, it's a very quiet village and so far all the local children I've met have been lovely. xx

Ah yes, we have that issue here too. Juveniles acting 'big' and their parents powerless to do much about it. Sadly many are not taught enough respect when they are young and this affects how they behave as they get older. The world is changing, my friend, and not always for the better. xx
