Sunday Summary

Hey Folks!

How've you all been? Hope wherever you are in the world, you're all kinds of good and happy and healthy (insert more peppy comments here).

Had some crazy weather here lately, sun, wind, rain, hail, snow further north. Heard parts of USA have some pretty bad snow going on and elsewhere in the world there are cyclones. Whoever upset Mother Nature should apologise and leave her a nice box of chocolates, maybe do some chores and help out a bit. She seems stressed.

Speaking of crazy, we just had this charity drive here in the UK called Red Nose Day for Comic Relief. People are encouraged to buy these red plastic clown noses and a portion of the profits goes to good causes. The crazy part is we spend the rest of the year griping at the world for using plastic because it's bad for the environment. Where's the logic? It just doesn't make sense.

Anyway, enough of that, am having a good day today and the madness won't spoil it. Freyr and I took a visit to Hatfield House for their annual Dogs and Daffs charity walk. Despite being less than 10 miles from home, I've never been there before.

We took a 3 mile stroll around the grounds. It's so beautiful there, I'll definitely have to go back with my camera. The sun was shining, the air was warm, we met lots of other people and their pups, sniffed many things including daffodils, rolled in the grass and possibly a dried cow pat or two and even bumped into some old friends. It was great and I think Freyr thoroughly enjoyed himself.

Take your good days where you find them, they do wonders for the soul.

Ok, Mom. We can rest a bit if you need to.

Not from today but we had some beautiful sun rises last month.
