Garden Gems - Panama

Today I thought that I would keep things very simple to prove that you do not need to go far or even spend money to get some amazing images. In my shorts, tank top and barefoot, I decided to brave the muddiness to see what my camera could catch in the garden. You do not need to know what the flower or plant is called, just appreciating the shapes, uniqueness and colours can be quite mesmerising.

My Dad was a keen amazing gardener his entire life and he almost always knew the latin or correct name. Boy, OH boy would he love here. Between the bird and plant life, he would be able to sit on the stoep for hours at a time. Never getting even remotely bored.

Even the tiniest flowers, throw a huge impact. Between their varied shapes and colour, they remain fascinating.

Sometimes you may even find a huge moth totally out of place. This huge moth was sitting quietly, catching his breath on a car tyre. Do not worry, we safely removed him before the car was moved. He happily flew away, hat in hand so to speak into the trees.

Then when I stopped at an old tree stump, I found this blue screw just sitting in amidst the moss. Out of place and yet so in place.

Until we meet again, Stay Fabulous !!

My pleasure, Jennifer!
Hope your Thanksgiving went well, too!
We were invited to two separate celebrations.
Luckily one was around noon-ish, while the second didn't start 'til after dark, so we were able to go both places. Had to go play Pickleball today for 3 hours, in hopes of "breaking even" on the caloric balancing act.....belch! (sorry)....(grin)
