My First Love

For me being a photographer is something so special. Whether I am taking images for myself or others - the time spent with my camera is beyond words. My camera is merely an extension of me. When he is not with me, I miss him. Us photographers will totally understand this post, whilst 'outsiders' will say - what a strange person.

When holding my camera, it is like I am transported to another world. Where it is only me, myself and I. But at the same time, all my senses are heightened. I can feel there is a shot about to happen or something wonderful coming my way.

To me photography is my love, my passion, my profession and my relaxation time. When my camera is with me, there is no stress, no worries and nothing else other than the here and now. Plain and simply - a wonderful feeling.

How does photography make you feel ?

What a blessing to have something that provides both occupation and avocation, at the same time! Bravo!
