Hong Kong is a city that totally blows you away.
Yes, it is extremely busy with tons of people moving around the city, cars hooting, noise and a constant ebb and flow but it still draws you in.
It's beautiful, vibrant, varied and the people are so helpful and friendly. If you seem lost, someone will come to you and ask in English "Do you need help?" and then either describe how to reach a place or they will lead the way.
There is so much to see from the modern to the historical. If you are on a main high end bustling street, you can easily nip through an alley to have a short cut or to see the more authentic life in Hong Kong. The graffiti brightens the dirty walls, air con units become a strange form of art and life becomes more real for the tourist seeking some true shots.
Transportation is so easy between trams, subway, ferries, taxis and uber. But the trams stole my heart and I could quite easily have sat on them for days on end to see the world moving around me.
There are many different shops on street level, 2nd floor ideas or even vast malls. The shops range from Louis Vutton to Tiffany to the Mom & Pop Chinese style diner or cell phone repair store. In Hong Kong, the world is truly your oyster as choice is endless. Technology, clothing, food, and much more is at your doorstep. All you need to do is get through the throngs of people to find what you seek.
Hong Kong is something which must be experienced!
Be fabulous !
