Great set, Francesc ! The church is really exorbitant ! In the front it looks like it is build of organ-pipes.
And I really love the street-art, especially that one in #8. !

A post card from heaven.

But you can say, from Iceland.
It’s largest church in Hallgrímskirkja,
is a beautiful white organ of icy stalagmites,
crowned with a cross to touch the white skies.

Sure, I wish I was there.
Sprawled on its grounds is what looks
like a Celtic healing circle, but natives
call it a medicine wheel.

Take in the sights! White, blue and red roofs
of lovely homes laced with pine trees
by the fjords and mountain peaks
so this is where Christmas is a truly,
a daily affair.

Mono-toned murals of angels and reindeers,
a black bicycle on grey pavements,
the harmonious colour combinations
tell of an incredibly astute population
who loves to love- as shown on a street;

Even the emerald-black waters
of its impressive ports of call
comply with the nation’s colour study
green, grey and blue roofs top strikingly
clean structures and clear lakes.

The walls are portals to new dimensions
lighter here, and haunting there,
but they all happen to share the same
beautiful black background.

Till next time, Francesc.
Thanks for the postcards. ...Heh.

The famous missile-shaped cathedral is a must see in Reykjavic. Those street art paintings weren't there when I visited the city.
