This is the "VW Slug Bug Ranch" located about 30 miles east of Amarillo, Texas, on I-40 near Conway.
In 2014 we were traveling south on Hwy. 207 from Borger, Texas, pulling our 30' fifth wheel on our way to visit family in Little Rock, Arkansas.
As we approached the I-40 junction we parked on the frontage road right in front of the "VW Slug Bug Ranch." I couldn't resist making this picture and I call it "Bubba's Paintshop Rejects."
Next time you are passing by Conway, TX., be sure to stop and check out these VW's. You just might find your old bug there!
