Ansel & Adams Shoot Out!

This is my friend Jim (on the left) who owns the "Old School Art and Camera" store in Hastings, NE. I met him several months ago when (after seeing his shop for over a year) I finally decided to check this place out on a Saturday afternoon.

I had been doing some research on macro-photography and was looking for some legacy (old manual) lenses to mount on my FujiFilm X-T1 camera. As I pulled out my camera and mentioned what I was looking for Jim's face lit up and he said, "I'm a Fuji shooter too!"

We have become good friends as we share our passion for photography and exchange ideas on how to use old lenses. I have learned a lot from him.

If you are ever in Hastings, NE., (he is only open on Saturdays), stop by and see Jim and spend some time looking at all the old cameras and equipment he has displayed in his store. You can also handle them.

If you like vintage cameras be prepared to spend some time looking through his collection. By the way, just about everything is for sale, at very reasonable prices.

Here we are collaborating for this challenge using some vintage cameras.
