Mini Mayhem

We went up to the Goodwood Motor Circuit early this morning for the first Breakfast Club meeting of 2009. Having eaten our bacon butties and read a bit of the Sunday paper we took a gentle stroll around the many cars there. The theme this month was ??Mini Mayhem?? so for once my car fitted the bill perfectly and we were allowed to park with all the other Minis in the paddock. There were hundreds of cars there, both new and old style Minis and other sporty small cars too. I focussed most of my photos on the old Minis and these are the ones I liked best from the 87 shots I took.

Minis as far as the eye could see…

A restoration project in waiting!

I love the detail on this old wing mirror and you can even see the reflection of another Mini in it.

A very smart model - almost factory fresh.

This car's owner surely can't have any trouble seeing in the dark!

Great set, but then you know I'm a lapsed mini-nut!
Nice DoF in #1 although I can still see the imposter ;)
Lovely leading lines in #5, I like the reflections of the grille behind the lamps.
