When I visited Brighton recently I found some wonderful pebbles on the beach which I thought would make a good subject for a photo. I decided to use them for today??s photo but after some experimentation I came to the conclusion that less is more and just used this simple, black stone against a white card backdrop. I??ve converted the shot to monochrome and done my best to bring out the surface texture of the pebble.
