I felt a little photographically uninspired this afternoon but I took my camera into Chichester with me in any case when I went in to run a few errands. I stopped briefly in a small garden near the city centre which sits inside what used to be a church. All that remains now are the walls and it??s a lovely secluded spot for a quiet lunch break. There were lots of these pretty yellow daisies there and I experimented with keeping one in focus and allowing the others to disappear into a blur.
When I got home Lucy was keen to go outside so I let her out into the back garden. She sat on the edge of our veg patch for a few minutes sniffing and chewing at the special cat grass my Mum grew for her (I think it??s supposed to help with furballs but I don??t know how it differs from normal grass!) and I managed to catch this rather cute portrait before she ran off to continue her explorations.
