On my way home from Somerset today I took a very brief detour via Wilton to visit the town's Italiante Church. I've wanted to come back and photograph this astonishing building properly for some time now (I visited it once before in 2011 [photoblog.com]). Today I had only a few minutes to spare before I had to continue my journey so rather than going inside I focussed on the cloister to the side of the church. I quickly discovered this view which seemed to draw me in through the arches, towards the ornate door at the far end of the passageway.
