Knowing that heavy rain was forecast for Sheffield today I took the opportunity to find today's photo on my way through St. Pancras station rather than waiting until I arrived in Yorkshire. I've photographed the fabulously restored architecture many times before but have never really focussed on the Eurostar area of the station until today. Since I last travelled through here the Olympic rings have been replaced by a new Mondrian-esque work of art by David Batchelor called Chromolocomotion. I'm undecided as to whether I like it but it certainly brightens the station up!

And I love this bright touch which is often lacking in the public places !
