Breakfast with the blue tits

I think this is the little fellow I caught singing loudly the other day - I'd recognise that quiff anywhere!

I ate breakfast al fresco this morning, in the company of our blue tit family, of course. I realise I'm in danger of becoming something of a blue tit bore but there's something so enchanting about these little birds and it won't be long before they've grown up and flown away to have families of their own. I didn't manage to catch any photos of them among the rose bushes today. However, the elegant curls of our bird feeder tree still made a more photogenic perch for them than the feeders themselves.
