I knew I'd have few photo opportunities today so when Stanley came visiting once again this morning I took the opportunity to photograph him and Lucy as they negotiated over who could occupy which bits of the garden. Stanley eventually settled beneath the side door to the garage, having been chased from one of Lucy's favourite spots under the buddleia bush.

The inspiration for the title of my post came from a second brief photo session I had with Lucy this evening. While she wasn't looking I sneaked out and laid on the grass. Of course, when Lucy saw me she paced directly towards me, fixing me with a hard stare, walking with all the style of a catwalk model!

Love your cat series!
Sorry to be so slow in response. I've been super busy with showing visitors around for the last week or two. I'm way behind in my comments & responses........
Cheers!
Don't worry Jay - I'm having the same problem!
One of my strongest "pet peeves" is not responding, in a timely fashion, to every comment members take the time to post, about my offerings, although, many times, it can be overwhelming, when other unavoidable but mandatory duties command my attention......So, I do what I can, when I can and hope for understanding & forgiveness.....I'm sure most members face many of the same challenges, especially ones who have full-time jobs, families and other interests, all vying for their limited waking hours.......sigh....right?
